ONE YEAR HASSLE-FREE WARRANTY

Rock Stock stands behind our products and our customers.

All of our products come with a one year year hassle-free warranty valid from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product at no cost. Products must be shipped to our office at the customer's expense; however, there is no charge for shipping the product to you from our office if within the USA. Shipment to an international address may be charged to the customer at our cost. An image or copy of the original purchase receipt is required. A customer service representative from Rock Stock will then respond and process all necessary information. The warranty is only extended to the original purchaser of a new product.

This warranty does not cover products that are damaged through negligence, misuse, alteration, or incorrect/failed power supply.

The original purchase must be from Rock Stock Pedals or one if its authorized re-sellers.

If a product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, it may be replaced with a similar model.
